Burrington School PTA

Welcome to the Burrington P.T.A.

All parents automatically become members of the Parent Teachers Association when their child starts at school.

 

The P.T.A meet once a term; every 6 weeks or so. Some of the meetings are during the day and some in the evening, so that every one has a chance to come along. You are welcome to attend every one or more a year, it is totally up to you.

We are responsible for raising funds for the school. Our latest projects are play equipment for the Dring (our outdoor play area) and sun/rain protection in the playground.

We are a registered charity, and as such hope to find grants to help us raise the total we are after.

We have a chair person, a secretary and a treasurer as well as representatives from the school, governors and parents.

 

So please do come along and see how we can help the teachers help our children.
